Data Entry Clerk | Field-Based
This field-based data entry role pairs you with a Pavement Inspector, where you’ll capture real-time roadway data from the vehicle with precision and focus. LOCATION: Woodburn, OR | Traveling | West Coast states
SALARY: $21/hr.
SCHEDULE: Full-time; Monday-Friday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately enter roadway inspection data into company software in real time while the inspector conducts field assessments
- Listen carefully and document all information relayed by the Pavement Inspector with a high degree of accuracy
- Maintain strong focus and attention to detail throughout long workdays spent in a vehicle
- Travel across the West Coast region, including occasional overnight trips (approximately twice per month)
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong data entry and typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail and active listening abilities
- Ability to sit comfortably for extended periods while maintaining focus
- Willingness to travel as needed, including occasional overnight trips, and meet background/drug screening requirements
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role requires the ability to sit for extended periods in a vehicle while working on a laptop and maintaining focus on detailed data entry tasks. Candidates must be comfortable with long-distance travel, including occasional overnight trips, and able to sustain attention and accuracy throughout the workday.
