SALARY: $25–$32/hr. DOE
LOCATION: Sherwood, OR
SCHEDULE: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | On-Site

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Prepare complete AS9102 First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) packages and verify documentation accuracy before customer release.

  • Interpret engineering drawings, create ballooned prints, and confirm all drawing dimensions and notes are properly documented.

  • Audit manufacturing records, material certifications, and supplier documentation to ensure complete traceability and compliance.

  • Prepare Certificates of Conformance, upload quality documentation to customer portals, and support internal and external quality audits.

  • Maintain organized quality records while ensuring compliance with aerospace, customer, and regulatory requirements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum of 1 year of quality documentation, inspection, or document control experience in an AS9100-certified aerospace manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

  • Experience using quality inspection or ballooning software such as Discus, InspectionXpert, or similar.

  • Working knowledge of AS9102, ITAR, and DFARS compliance requirements.

  • Experience preparing quality documentation, certifications, or First Article Inspection Reports preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Position requires working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and dust. Regular sitting, standing, bending, and reaching throughout the workday are required. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
