CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Looking to join a fast-paced team where you can make a direct impact on customer experience and business operations? We’re seeking a Customer Support Specialist who is organized, responsive, and thrives in a collaborative environment!

LOCATION: Camas, WA
SALARY: $21-25 per hour DOE
SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, standard business hours, Temporary 5-6 months, possiblity for long term
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Process customer inquiries, generate quotes, and enter sales orders accurately
- Maintain and update customer records and account information
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Communicate order updates and proactively resolve delays or issues
- Support after-sales needs including parts, service, and warranty inquiries
- Assist with process improvements and departmental initiatives
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Associate degree OR a combination of education and relevant work experience
- 3–5 years of customer service experience working in an office environment
- Experience with ERP (Epicor preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Work is performed in a standard office environment with routine computer use
- Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs as needed
