Customer Care Representative
Job Description

In this role, you will assist customers with product and service inquiries, provide technical support, and deliver a positive customer experience with every interaction. We’re looking for someone friendly, dependable, and who genuinely enjoys helping others solve problems.

LOCATION: Ohio - Remote
SALARY: $18.00/hr.
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday | 8:00 am – 4:30 pm | Long-term

THE ROLE
The Technical Support Specialist will work directly with customers via phone and email to resolve application and product issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate self-initiative, excellent listening skills, and provide exceptional customer service to resolve each issue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer questions by phone, email, or chat
- Help customers use products and services
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Record customer interactions in the system
- Work with teammates to resolve customer concerns
- Provide training to new and existing customers as needed while working on support tickets
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 5 years in managing complex client relationships
- Experience with various CRM tools
- Clear communication skills
- A positive, problem-solving attitude
- Proficiency in Google-based programs
