Drive innovation from the driver's seat by operating forklifts in a hands-on testing environment where your precision, safety focus, and attention to detail help support the development of next-generation equipment.

SALARY: $23.50/hr

LOCATION: Fairview, OR

SCHEDULE: Third Shift; Full-time | Sun-Thurs – 11:00pm-7:00am

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Operate forklifts by following designated course maps, testing procedures, and operating instructions while ensuring safe and efficient vehicle operation. 

  • Record accurate, detailed, and legible test logs documenting observations, equipment performance, and events for technicians and engineers. 

  • Perform basic vehicle and facility maintenance tasks as assigned while maintaining equipment readiness and a clean work environment. 

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and follow written and verbal instructions to support daily testing operations.
     

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proficient in safely operating forklifts and heavy equipment while navigating designated routes and following detailed operating instructions. 

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to maintain accurate, organized, and legible logs documenting test results and observations. 

  • Knowledge of workplace safety standards, basic vehicle and facility maintenance, and strict adherence to established procedures. 

  • Excellent multitasking abilities, capable of coordinating multiple hand and foot controls while following written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, climb in and out of forklifts, and use multiple hand and foot controls for extended periods while safely performing job duties in an active work environment. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work both indoors and outdoors as needed.
