Take ownership of the full employee lifecycle by managing recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and HR operations while partnering with leadership to support a growing organization.

Pay: $30.00 per hour
Location: Agoura Hills, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00/9:00 AM - 4:30/5:30 PM | Temp-to-Hire

WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE
  • Own the employee experience by managing recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and HR administration from start to finish.
  • Work across all areas of HR, including employee relations, benefits, compliance, leave administration, and performance support.
  • Partner directly with HR leadership while taking an active role in improving HR processes and supporting business operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offers, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
  • Serve as the primary HR resource for employees by responding to questions related to policies, benefits, leaves, onboarding, and employment matters.
  • Maintain employee records, process employment changes, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
  • Administer benefits, leave of absence programs, and HR documentation while partnering with payroll to ensure accurate employee information.
  • Support employee relations, training initiatives, performance management, HR projects, and day-to-day Human Resources operations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience with responsibility for full-cycle HR functions—not solely administrative or support duties.
  • Experience independently managing recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and employee support.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and HR compliance.
  • Experience using Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • Preferred experience with Ceridian (Dayforce)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Frequently use a computer, keyboard, and telephone.
  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to move throughout the office as needed.
