Warehouse Associate
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting daily operations by handling shipping, receiving, and organizing products to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. This position also involves cutting materials to specifications, operating forklifts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to a safe, efficient, and team-oriented work environment.
LOCATION: Sherwood, OR
SALARY: $21/hr.
SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday-Friday | 7:00am-3:30pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive, unload, organize, and prepare products for shipping while ensuring accurate order fulfillment
Cut cables and wires to specification and support inventory tracking and stock organization
Operate forklifts safely, assist with inventory management, and help train new warehouse employees
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs consistently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
1+ year of hands-on warehouse experience (shipping, receiving, inventory, order fulfillment)
1+ year of forklift operation experience with strong safety practices
Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail for cutting materials and maintaining accuracy
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role requires the ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly, as well as stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift in a warehouse environment. Candidates must be comfortable operating forklifts and working around moving equipment while maintaining awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
