Legal Assistant | Plaintiff Personal Injury
Join a growing personal injury and litigation firm as a Legal Assistant, where you’ll support two attorneys while helping manage medical records, billing, and overall case flow with precision and efficiency. This newly created role offers hands-on training, long-term growth, and a collaborative team environment focused on cross-training, consistency, and work-life balance.
LOCATION: Medford, OR
SALARY: $18-$25/hr. DOE | Bonus potential
SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm
*Background check required upon offer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and organize medical records

Track liens and ensure financial accuracy

Coordinate billing and related documentation

Provide administrative and case support to attorneys (primarily personal injury cases)

Follow established processes and workflows to ensure consistency and compliance
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of legal experience (personal injury preferred), including work with medical records, summaries, billing, and insurance documentation

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, combined with strong organizational and process-driven work habits

Ability to manage structured systems and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

Proactive, resourceful, and curious mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires the ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer and managing electronic records, with occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 15 lbs.)
