Paralegal-Personal Injury Plaintiff

LOCATION: Portland, OR
SALARY: $75k/yr. DOE | Generous Bonus Package
SCHEDULE: Full-time, schedule flexibility, opportunity for hybrid remote in future

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative & Case Management - Scheduling and calendaring; building, maintaining, and organizing client files and discovery materials.

Client Intake & Support - Conducting potential client screening interviews; assisting clients with information requests and benefits-related issues.

Records & Documentation - Acquiring records; preparing files for attorney and expert review; organizing document discovery.

Legal Support & Litigation - Drafting demand letters, complaints, and initial discovery; assisting attorneys at trial or arbitration.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Prior experience in a similar role with strong, enthusiastic professional references
-
Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently while staying on task
-
Excellent written communication skills with a thorough, professional demeanor

Empathetic and client-focused, with a genuine passion for helping people through difficult situations; proficient in Adobe PDF, MS Word, Excel, and Google Workspace tools

3+ years of Oregon personal injury plaintiff paralegal experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires the ability to sit for extended periods, work at a computer, and perform repetitive tasks such as typing, reviewing documents, and data entry. The role may also involve occasional lifting, filing, or moving of boxes or files, generally weighing up to 20 pounds.
