LOCATION: Sacramento, CA.
SALARY: $90,000K - $250,000 (DOE)
SCHEDULE: Direct Hire | Full-Time
THE ROLE:
We are seeking Litigation Attorneys at various experience levels to join a dynamic legal team. This position offers the opportunity to handle meaningful and challenging matters while working in a collaborative environment that values initiative, client advocacy, and professional excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy development.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and court proceedings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and legal professionals.
- Negotiate settlements and assist in resolving disputes.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to achieve successful outcomes.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Attorneys licensed and in good standing, or candidates awaiting Bar Exam results or preparing to sit for the Bar Exam, are encouraged to apply.
- Interest in litigation and a desire to develop courtroom and advocacy skills.
- Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset and commitment to providing exceptional client service.
