SALARY: $90,000 - $250,000 annually DOE
LOCATION: SACRAMENTO, CA
SCHEDULE: Direct Hire | Full-Time

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research, case analysis, and strategy development.
• Negotiate settlements and collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to achieve successful outcomes.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar, awaiting Bar Exam results, or preparing to sit for the Bar Exam.
• Experience handling litigation matters or a demonstrated commitment to pursuing a litigation practice.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and related legal documents.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet court and client deadlines.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Position requires prolonged periods of sitting, computer use, legal research, document review, and occasional travel for court appearances, depositions, mediations, and client meetings.
