Paralegal – Contracts

LOCATION: Portland, OR

SALARY: $25.00-$30.00/hour DOE

SCHEDULE: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Hybrid schedule – 3 remote days per week

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review, edit, format, and manage a high volume of legal contracts for in-house attorneys and external clients.

  • Organize and maintain contract files using document management and case tracking systems.

  • Monitor contract deadlines, deliverables, and project timelines to ensure timely execution and compliance.

  • Coordinate with internal departments, attorneys, vendors, and clients to facilitate efficient contract administration.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and support legal workflow processes in a fast-paced environment.

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience supporting Contracts, Transactional, and/or Corporate Law in either a law firm or in-house legal department.

  • Experience reviewing, organizing, and managing legal contracts and related documentation.

  • Proficiency with document management systems such as SharePoint, DocuSign, NetSuite, or similar software.

  • Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, collaborative approach.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position is performed primarily in an office and remote environment and requires extended periods of computer use, sitting, and desk work. Occasional light lifting of up to 10 pounds and movement between workstations or meeting spaces may be required.
