Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in seeing a finished product come together? We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Print Shop Production Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, staying active throughout the day, and learning new skills in a fast-paced print environment.

LOCATION: Sacramento, CA
SALARY: $18.00-$20/hr.
SCHEDULE: Part-Time | Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday | 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Long-Term
INDUSTRY: Printing
THE ROLE
In this role, you will support daily print shop operations by completing essential finishing and production tasks. You’ll play a key part in preparing high-quality printed materials for customers while gaining the opportunity to learn and operate various printing machines over time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform hands-on finishing work, including collating, binding, folding, and packaging printed materials
- Prepare completed jobs for shipment or customer pickup
- Ensure print materials meet quality standards before delivery
- Assist with loading customer orders into vehicles when needed
- Learn to operate various printing and production machines
- Support general print shop operations as assigned
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on your feet and handle physical tasks throughout the shift
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
- Friendly and professional demeanor when assisting customers
- Prior print shop experience is a plus, but not required
