Job Description

SALARY: $22-$33/hr. DOE
LOCATION: Sherwood, OR
SCHEDULE: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8am – 4:30pm | Temp-to-Hire

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Perform final visual and dimensional inspections on precision machined components and assemblies before shipment.

  • Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements.

  • Document inspection results and complete required quality records and reports.

  • Communicate quality issues with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure timely resolution.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 3 years of quality control inspection experience in a manufacturing or machining environment.

  • Experience performing final inspections on precision machined components.

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

  • Proficiency using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 or AS9100 standards preferred.

  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or other high-precision manufacturing environments preferred.

  • Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen or permanent resident).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
 Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
