We are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our patient-focused dental team. We take pride in creating a positive, welcoming environment where both our patients and team feel valued.
LOCATION: Sacramento and surrounding areas
SALARY: $28-35/hr.
SCHEDULE: Flexible Schedule, Monday-Saturday
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and ensuring a sterile environment.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
- Interact with patients to provide care, explain procedures, and address concerns.
- Utilize dental software systems to schedule and manage patient information.
SKILLS:
- A licensed RDA in good standing with the Dental Board of California
- Strong chairside assisting skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Familiarity with digital charting and sterilization protocols
- Digital X-rays
