WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE
Join a dynamic, hands-on role that blends customer service, warehouse operations, inventory management, and local deliveries, keeping every day varied and engaging.
Build valuable skills through hands-on training with order management, shipping, and inventory systems, plus company-paid forklift certification opportunities.
Be part of a collaborative team where attention to detail, organization, and exceptional customer service directly contribute to the customer experience.
Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no evenings or weekends, offering a healthy work-life balance while supporting a growing specialty products business.

Process, picked, packed, shipped, and repackaged retail and wholesale orders with a strong focus on accuracy, inventory control, and warehouse organization.
Receive, recorded, stocked, and maintained inventory while supporting warehouse cleanliness, facility upkeep, and efficient daily operations.
Operate order management, shipping, and inventory software, completed occasional local deliveries using a company vehicle, and supported ongoing operational improvements, including forklift operation when certified.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Exceptional customer service, written and verbal communication, and relationship-building skills with a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficient with computer applications and adaptable to learning order management, shipping, inventory, and customer service software.
Experience with warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and maintaining organized workspaces.
Clean driving record with the ability to make local deliveries; forklift certified or willing to obtain certification, with familiarity in specialty food products, digital marketing, or product photography considered a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday, including safely lifting and moving packages and inventory weighing up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment, operating warehouse equipment (or becoming forklift certified), and making occasional local deliveries using a company vehicle.
