KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Receive and unload incoming materials, supplies, equipment, and returned goods from delivery trucks, ensuring safe handling and proper placement in the receiving area

  • Organize, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations to maintain an efficient and well-structured storage system

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred, especially with inbound operations such as unloading trucks and organizing inventory
  • Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing 25–50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills with a positive attitude and strong work ethic




PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role requires the ability to lift and carry 25–50 pounds regularly and to stand, bend, stretch, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks such as sorting, labeling, and organizing materials.
 
The work is performed in a warehouse environment involving material handling and moderate lifting, where employees are expected to follow established safety protocols and properly use required protective equipment.
 

Steel-toed or composite-toe footwear is required, safety vests will be provided upon arrival, and warehouse-appropriate clothing is recommended to ensure comfort and safety during physical work.

CNC Machine Operator 

This role involves setting up and operating advanced 5-axis CNC mills and multi-spindle lathes to produce precision aerospace components from high-performance materials. The machinist interprets complex engineering data, ensures tight-tolerance quality through inspection, and troubleshoots machining or programming issues to maintain efficient production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Blueprint & GD&T Interpretation: Read and interpret intricate engineering drawings, CAD models, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to plan machining sequences.

  • Material Expertise: Machine high-performance, tough aerospace alloys such as Titanium, Inconel, and Stainless Steel, adjusting feeds and speeds to optimize tool life and surface finish.

  • Quality Inspection: Conduct rigorous in-process and final inspections using precision tools like micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges to maintain tolerances often as tight as ±.001" or better.

  • Troubleshooting & Programming: Perform basic G-code edits at the machine and resolve issues like tool wear, chatter, or controller alarms to minimize downtime.
       

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

  • 3–8+ years of CNC machining experience, including 2–3 years in 5-axis setup and operation, with proficiency in advanced controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, Mazatrol, Heidenhain). 

  • Strong ability to interpret complex blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T, with hands-on experience machining high-performance aerospace alloys. 

  • Skilled in precision inspection and familiar with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Hypermill, Siemens NX) for quality control and toolpath optimization.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
    This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, and safely lift and position heavy materials or tooling. Candidates must have strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.

THE ROLE
As a Warehouse Technician, you will work with customers to help them maintain their equipment and train their maintenance teams both in our shop and onsite. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including assembling and disassembling machine components, troubleshooting and repairing units, and overseeing shop operations. This role offers hands-on involvement with machinery, travel opportunities, and the chance to build strong client relationships.




PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Machine Assembly & Disassembly: Accurately assemble, disassemble, and refurbish machine components and units using a variety of hand and power tools, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, and torque tools. Ensure proper alignment, fit, and function of all parts.
  • On-Site Troubleshooting & Repairs: Travel to customer facilities to diagnose, repair, and maintain previously purchased units. Identify mechanical and electrical issues, replace defective components, and perform necessary adjustments to restore equipment functionality.
  • Installation & Maintenance of Packaging Machinery: Install, calibrate, and test packaging machinery at client locations. Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to improve efficiency and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Service Calls & Vehicle Operation: Drive a company-provided vehicle to client sites for service calls. Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach while representing the company on-site. Ensure proper handling and transport of tools and equipment.
  • Shop Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day activities in the shop, including inventory management, tool maintenance, and workflow organization to ensure a smooth and efficient repair process.
  • Repair & Rebuild Scheduling & Oversight: Plan, schedule, and oversee repair and rebuild projects both in the shop and at customer locations. Coordinate with customers, technicians, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of work while maintaining high-quality standards.




SKILLS AND MUST-HAVES
  • Proficiency in Hand Tools & Small Parts Handling: Comfortable using a wide range of hand and power tools for precise assembly, repair, and maintenance, including torque wrenches, calipers, and soldering equipment. Must be able to handle and assemble small, delicate components with accuracy.
  • Electrical & Mechanical Assembly Experience (Preferred): Prior experience with wiring, circuit boards, harness assembly, pneumatics, or mechanical sub-assemblies is highly desirable. Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings is a plus.
  • Customer Service & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical information to customers and colleagues. Must be comfortable responding to service calls, troubleshooting issues on-site, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Independent & Team-Oriented Work Ethic: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating closely with a small, tight-knit team. Must be open to receiving and applying constructive feedback.

  • Measure, weigh, and blend raw materials according to batch sheets and production formulas to ensure accurate and consistent product quality 

  • Operate, monitor, and adjust blending equipment, tanks, and mixers to support safe and efficient production operations 

  • Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate production documentation, including batch records, ingredient usage, and inventory data 

  • Clean and sanitize equipment, troubleshoot operational issues, and follow all safety, chemical handling, and PPE compliance procedures

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, blending, chemical production, or related industrial environments preferred 

  • Ability to accurately follow detailed instructions, batch formulas, and precise measurement requirements 

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality control, safety, and production accuracy 

  • Comfortable working with chemicals, fragrances/scents, and industrial manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment 

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and utilize basic math and documentation skills effectively


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout the shift. Must be able to work safely around chemicals, fragrances/scents, and industrial equipment while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Stage materials including labels, inks, plates, and substrates for production runs
• Clean press components, ink systems, and surrounding work areas between jobs
• Support with loading/unloading rolls and maintaining material flow during production
• Monitor basic machine operation and report issues to press operator
• Perform basic quality checks on printed labels (alignment, color, defects)
• Maintain organization of tools, materials, and production area
• Follow safety procedures and assist in maintaining a clean, compliant workspace
• Help with ink mixing, plate mounting, and general press prep as needed
• Assist with documentation, job tickets, and production tracking




WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in a print shop or manufacturing/production environment preferred
• Candidates with printing, press support, or similar hands-on production experience strongly encouraged
• Comfortable working in a support role assisting operators with cleaning rolls, handling inks/dyes, and maintaining workflow
• Ability to follow direction, stay on task, and work in a fast-paced environment
